What is F.A.C.T.?

A history on F.A.C.T.

This class was first created over 20 years ago so that, highly active students, most being cross country skiers and biathletes could fit a phys. Ed. course into their regular timetable.  The course was designed around a triathlon.  Swim, bike and run once a week with other activities when needed.  

The growth of F.A.C.T.

The very first class had 12 students in it, we’ve had classes as big as 55 students.  Instead of just having very active skiers the class is now well rounded with a variety types of students and abilities.  Historically the class runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings starting at 7:15 am.
