Track & Field

​The ÉCCHS track and field season usually runs from early spring until the first weekend in June during which provincials are held. There are usually four meets during the season.

The city/county meet includes ÉCCHS, Hay Lakes, New Norway, Bawlf, Bashaw and OLMP. The next meet is the area meet which includes the county and city of Camrose, the county of Beaver and the county of Wetaskiwin. The Zone meet occurs next and all of the Central Alberta Schools compete. Individual winners from zones will qualify for the Provincial competition which includes athletes from all over the province.
