Welcome to École Camrose Composite High School! A dual track school with programs in English & French Immersion. Our mission is to provide the best possible educational opportunities for all of our students.
Introduction
Camrose Composite High School is located in the west end of Camrose and adjacent to the Highway at 6205-48 Avenue. The enrollment is about 670 students in grades 9 through 12. The school also offers an extensive program in home economics and industrial arts to about 750 junior high school students from Hay Lakes, Round Hill, Bawlf and Charlie Killam. CCHS offers a broad program of academic, physical education, fine arts, and career and technology studies courses. The school offers a Senior Opportunity Room and an Integrated Occupations Program for students with special needs. The special needs students are integrated into regular programs where possible. The school also offers an extensive Cooperation Education (Work Experience) program. The students benefit from a broad counselling program, a modern media centre, extra curricular programs, and a cafeteria service.
